This website provides information, manuals, privacy policies and support for apps created by Alex. It does not use advertising, third-party analytics, tracking pixels or a newsletter.

Information submitted through feedback forms

When you submit feedback, the website stores the app, feedback category, message and submission time. You may optionally provide an email address, app version, device model and operating-system version. Do not include passwords, credentials or unnecessary personal information.

Submitted information is used only to investigate the report, improve the relevant app and respond when requested. Feedback is not sold or used for advertising. Access is limited to the site owner and people explicitly responsible for app support.

Feedback records should be deleted when no longer needed and no later than 12 months after the last support activity, unless a longer period is required to address abuse, security or legal obligations.

Hosting

The hosting provider may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, timestamps and browser details, under its own terms and privacy practices. The site does not copy that request information into its feedback database except when strictly necessary to prevent abuse.

Cookies

The site does not set nonessential cookies. If this changes, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before the change is deployed.
